Christopher Lee Rios (aka Big Pun/Big Punisher) is a rapper from the Bronx who’s creativity and skill with a microphone has made him known as one of the best MCs, ever. This MC’s discography is very limited, yet very special.
Sadly, Big Pun died of a heart attack in the year 2000. He arose from the underground rap scene in the late 1990s, making his way to fame, he was the first solo Latino rapper ever who’s LPs sold over 1 million.
Big Pun has teamed up with numerous MCs such as Fat Joe (his mentor), Wyclef, Noreaga, Inspectah Deck, Mobb Deep and Roots Black Thought to create music such as “Deep Cover”, “Tres Leches” and “Caribbean Connection”.
